If I have insurance can I use it to claim the services I receive?

There are insurance companies that allow the submission of dental hygiene treatment. To date great support has been received from the insurance companies. In time it is expected to be even greater. Please contact us for assistance. Teeth whitening is not covered by insurance companies.

If I have my teeth cleaned by a dental hygienist in Frosted Smile, can I still see my family dentist for fillings and check ups.

Absolutely. Relationships have been established with local dentists that share the quality client care as frosted smile. Referals can be made to these dentists. If you have a family dentist, with consent, information can be shared between the 2 parties to create client goals that best meet the needs of the of the client. This is especially benefical for students in Waterloo attending school away from home. Keeping up on your dental hygiene care can help to avoid complications while away from home.

I don't have insurance and I cannot afford to go to the dentist. Are your fees less?

The Ontario Dental Hygiene Association has created a suggested fee guide for dental hygienists to follow. The fees are lower than those found on the Ontario Dental Association Fee guide. The fees at Frosted Smile are also below the Dental Hygiene Fee Guide.  This is to ensure all are able to access dental hygiene treatment regardless of insurance coverage or not.
